i know i haven't finished posting about my vacation to MD, D.C. and VA, but i wanted to post a few photos from my weekend up in lake geneva, wisconsin. this time we stayed over at the french country inn [click here for a link to the inn] on lake como, also well known for their restaurant kirsh's.
it's always nice to getaway with my husband, if only for a few nights. we love going up to lake geneva and staying at the various resorts, hotels and B&B's/inns.
saturday night we went out for dinner and i ended up having lobster & prime rib...shocker! ha! ha! yum!
oh well, enjoy...
loving all the adirondack chairs!!!
below is a view from our balcony looking out over the lake:
below is a view from the dock look back at the inn...
obviously a photo taken from the pool area looking back out at the lake. unfortunately, the water was NOT heated and it was freezing cold! BRRRRRRRR!!!!
finally, taking in a beautiful sunset!
okay, i'm ready to go back! ha! ha!
